Strawberry Jam - Recipe


450g (1 lb) strawberries
1 x 15m1 (1 tbsp) lemon juice
350g (12oz) sugar

Strawberry Jam - Recipe

 How to make:

1. Wash and hull strawberries. Put into a 2.8 litre (5pt) mixing bowl with the lemon juice.

2. Cook for 4-5 minutes on HIGH, or until fruit is soft. Add sugar and stir well.

3. Cook for 10-11 minutes on HIGH, or until setting point is reached.

4. Cool slightly before putting in clean warm jar. Makes approx 1/2kg (1 lb). Cover.
