Plum Jam - Recipe


900g (2 lb) plums, halved and stoned
300m1 (1/2pt) water
1 x 15m1 (1 tbsp) lemon juice
900g (2 lb) castor sugar

Plum Jam - Recipe

How to make:

1. Place plums and water in a large bowl. Cook for 7-8 minutes on HIGH or until fruit is soft.

2. Add lemon juice and sugar, stir until sugar dissolved. Bring to boil and cook for 161/2-21 minutes on HIGH until setting point is reached.

3. Allow to cool slightly before putting in warm jars, and cover. Makes approx. 11/2kg (3 lb)
