Orange Sauce - Recipe


200m1 (1 fl. oz) orange juice -grated
orange optional
2 x 5m1 (2 tsp) castor sugar
15g (1/2oz) cornflour
100m1 (3 fl oz) water

How to make:

Orange Sauce

In a jug mix sugar and cornflour to a smooth paste with a little of the orange juice. Then add remainder of orange juice and water - and orange rind if used. Cook for 3 minutes on HIGH, stirring once.
