Bran Teabread - Recipe


100g (40z ) bran
100g ( 40g ) soft brown sugar
225g ( 80z ) mixed fruit
300ml (1/2pt ) milk
175g (60z ) self raising flour

 How to make:

1. Line a 1200ml (2pt ) loaf dish.

2. Combine all the ingredients together.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf dish.

4. Cook for 5-6 minutes on HIGH. Leave to cool.

5. Turn out of the loaf dish.
