Barbecue Sauce - Recipe


1 medium onion - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced
1 x 15m1 (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
300m1 (1/2p0 tomato sauce
50g (2oz) brown sugar
2 x 15m1 (2 tbsp) cider vinegar
1/4 x 5m1 (1/4 tsp) dry mustard
1/4 x 5m1 (1/4 tsp) salt
4 to 6 chops tabasco sauce

Barbecue Sauce - Recipe

 How to make:

1. Combine onion, garlic and oil in a 2 litre (4pt) casserole. Cover and cook on HIGH until onion is tender, 21/2-4 minutes, stirring once

2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH until hot, 2-3 minutes. Reduce power to MED-HIGH. Microwave until flavours blend, 41/2 minutes. Serve over meat.
